Terms of use
By reading these pages you accept the following. If you wanted a ticket contract, you are on the wrong site.
Independent publisher
Toronto Aquarium Ticket Guide is an independent planning guide. It is not affiliated with any aquarium or its operator. We do not sell tickets and never process payments. Nothing here is an offer of admission, a reservation, or a consumer contract for an aquarium.
No tickets, no payments
We do not sell tickets and never process payments. We do not set prices. We do not hold inventory. Any timed entry or QR code is between you and the operator.
Planning, not a warranty of water
Notes on filtration, crowds, and the walk from Union are practical opinion from a retired life-support technician. The plant changes. Crowds change. Saturday noon is a crush even when a forecast looked friendly.
Names and photographs
I avoid the operator's gallery product names. Photographs are local copies of Wikimedia Commons images, captioned on the page. Marks belonging to other people remain theirs.
Liability
To the extent Canadian law allows, Paul Bergen is not liable for a wasted slot, a slow belt, or a forgettable cafe. This is a free planning guide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
